Not only did she help me with my new teardrop camper, but went over my existing policies to see if any changes needed to made and answered all my questions with a sincerely helpful and friendly attitude. "Since moving to AZ 2 years ago and randomly choosing Elvia to become my new State Farm agent, I’ve never been HAPPIER with the level of customer service I’ve received from my car insurance agent. Her office is extremely organized and efficient, and all my transactions there have run smoothly. The ladies working there are super friendly, eager to help & have EXCELLENT communication skills. I’m soooo glad I chose Elvia bc dealing with my car & renters insurance is now a pleasure, not a headache!!"
